Certivo EMS Internal Native-Pilot Terms

Effective date: September 21, 2026.

1. Scope

Certivo EMS (certivo_ems) is an invitation-only internal educational native-app pilot. These Terms apply only to users age 18 or older whom Certivo expressly authorizes for internal TestFlight acceptance. This document is not an external-beta or public-release contract. The final contracting/operator entity, public business address, external support contact, and governing-law clause remain outside this internal-pilot version.

Certivo EMS is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT).

2. Account use

You must provide accurate account information, use only your own account, protect your password and device access, and report suspected unauthorized use. Email confirmation may be required before account access is enabled.

3. Educational use only

Certivo EMS provides study organization and flashcard learning tools. It is not medical advice, emergency guidance, a guarantee of examination performance, a certification program, or a substitute for professional instruction, clinical judgment, protocols, supervision, or patient-care decisions. Do not rely on Certivo EMS while providing patient care or responding to an emergency.

4. Acceptable use

Do not submit patient information, protected health information, another person’s sensitive information, another person’s credentials, or confidential material you are not authorized to share. Do not submit unauthorized examination content, interfere with the service, bypass access controls, scrape protected content, impersonate another person, or use the service unlawfully. Certivo may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, security, or the service.

5. Pilot features and availability

The pilot supports account access, learning-path and study-goal selection, a Study hub, and flashcard discovery and review. Features may be incomplete or change during testing. Native learner assessments, ItemGen and AI-prompt workflows are not enabled. The pilot has no subscriptions, in-app purchases, or paid services.

6. Scheduled account deletion

The app provides a password-confirmed request to schedule deletion. A request disables the Certivo product account and revokes its active Certivo session. You may cancel by signing in during the next 30 days. After that window, current Certivo processing makes the product data eligible for a separately authorized maintenance purge. This internal-pilot version does not promise an automatic completion time or complete removal of the underlying authentication identity. The Privacy Notice explains the current limited retention.
